Healing can happen in many different ways. But first, it’s important to understand what “healing” means in this work.
A lot of people think healing means being completely cured or suddenly in perfect health. But energy healing doesn’t always look like that. Sometimes the shifts are physical, sometimes emotional, sometimes soul-deep.
Here are a few ways healing might show up for you:
No two healings are ever alike. Your body and spirit know what you need, and the energy will always go where it’s needed most.
No, you don’t have to “believe” in energy healing for it to work. What matters is going in with an open mind. If you show up already convinced it won’t work, you’ll block yourself from receiving the full benefits. Intention and openness are powerful parts of the process.
Distance doesn’t matter when it comes to energy. Just like Wi-Fi or phone signals, energy can connect us no matter where we are. As a practitioner, I focus my awareness and intention to connect with your energy field, and the work happens just as powerfully as if you were in the room with me.
We’re all connected through a larger energy field — some cultures call it chi, prana, universal energy, or simply life force. I tap into that field to help shift what your body and spirit are holding onto.
Therapy is about diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often by looking into your past to understand how it impacts you today. Therapists are licensed to work with things like trauma processing, clinical depression, and mental illness.
Coaching is different. It’s not about diagnosing or treating, it’s about helping you move forward. Coaching focuses on where you are now, where you want to be, and the mindset and tools to get you there. It’s about breaking patterns, creating change, and reclaiming your personal power.
In my work, I blend intuitive energy healing with coaching. That means I help you release what’s stored in your body and energy field and guide you with practical steps and mindset shifts. This isn’t a replacement for therapy. This it’s a different kind of support, and many people choose to do both.
