Healing can happen in many different ways. But first, it’s important to understand what “healing” means in this work.
A lot of people think healing means being completely cured or suddenly in perfect health. But energy healing doesn’t always look like that. Sometimes the shifts are physical, sometimes emotional, sometimes soul-deep.
Here are a few ways healing might show up for you:
No two healings are ever alike. Your body and spirit know what you need, and the energy will always go where it’s needed most.
No, you don’t have to “believe” in energy healing for it to work. What matters is going in with an open mind. If you show up already convinced it won’t work, you’ll block yourself from receiving the full benefits. Intention and openness are powerful parts of the process.
Distance doesn’t matter when it comes to energy. Just like Wi-Fi or phone signals, energy can connect us no matter where we are. As a practitioner, I focus my awareness and intention to connect with your energy field, and the work happens just as powerfully as if you were in the room with me.
We’re all connected through a larger energy field — some cultures call it chi, prana, universal energy, or simply life force. I tap into that field to help shift what your body and spirit are holding onto.
Therapy is about diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often by looking into your past to understand how it impacts you today. Therapists are licensed to work with things like trauma processing, clinical depression, and mental illness.
My work is different. I’m not a therapist, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
My coaching is integration-focused and built around intuitive energy healing. Instead of weekly “talk it all out” sessions, most of the work happens while you’re resting and I’m working with your energy field and nervous system. From there, I help you notice patterns, understand what your body is holding, and make small, doable changes in your real life.

This isn’t a replacement for therapy. It’s a different kind of support, and many people choose to do both.
Emotion Code healing is a way of finding and releasing “trapped emotions” that the body has been holding onto. These are unresolved emotional energies from past experiences, inherited patterns, or absorbed emotions from others that never fully moved through the system.
In a session, I use intuition and muscle testing to identify which emotions are stuck, when they may have formed, and whether they are yours, inherited, or absorbed. Once they are identified, I use intention and gentle clearing techniques to help your system release them.
Emotion Code healing helps identify the underlying root cause of an issue and release and unblock the energies that cause dis-ease, physical and emotional pain, and destructive patterns and behaviors, all of which hinder our ability to live happy, healthy, and abundant lives. People often describe feeling lighter, less emotionally reactive, and more like themselves afterward.
