From Rock Bottom to Reclaimed Power

My mission is simple: empowerment, not dependence.

I work with both adults and children struggling with mental health, trauma, chronic illness, or chronic pain who want to feel more like themselves again.

This isn’t about fixing you or digging up every detail of your past. It’s about helping your body release what’s stuck and supporting you with small, practical shifts so the change actually lasts.

When your body, mind, and soul start working together again, things move.
That’s when the real healing clicks in.

I’m a fourth-generation intuitive healer, but I didn’t just wake up one day and “step into my gifts.” I lived through trauma, rock bottoms, and complete resets that forced me to rebuild from the inside out more than once. I know what it feels like to be lost inside your own life and your own body.

Energy healing found me during one of those dark seasons. My grandmother was the first person to show me that pain is meant to move, not be stored. That’s where my path started, but it didn’t end there.

Since then, I’ve led hundreds of healing sessions. What I’ve learned is this: moving energy is powerful, but if your patterns and choices don’t shift, you end up back in the same spot. That’s why integration coaching is woven into my work. I’m not just here to help you clear what’s stuck; I’m here to support you as you live differently on the other side of it.

Along the way, I was also drawn to trapped emotion work, including Emotion Code. I integrate emotion code–style clearing into my sessions when your system shows that emotional layers are ready to be released.

Numerology became the third doorway. I didn’t go looking for it; it showed up during my Healing Touch training. Numbers and patterns gave language to things I was already sensing about people. It helps you understand yourself on a deeper level, why certain patterns keep repeating, and how to work with them instead of against them. It also shines a light on the dynamics between you and the people in your life.

For me, energy healing, emotion code healing, integration coaching, and numerology aren’t separate tools. Together, they create a map, a direction, and support for the next version of you that’s trying to come forward.
