From Rock Bottom to Reclaimed Power

My mission is simple: empowerment, not dependence. Healing isn’t about someone “fixing” you. It’s about learning how energy, mindset, and the spirit are all connected so you can awaken your own inherent ability to heal.  

I’m a fourth-generation Intuitive Healer. My journey began when my grandma worked with me through energy healing after a traumatic experience. She’s the reason I walk this path today. Over the past couple years, I’ve done hundreds of sessions, and what I discovered is that my work isn’t just moving energy—it’s also guiding people to shift their mindset, break old patterns, and reclaim their strength. That’s where Coaching naturally became part of my practice.

Numerology became the third doorway on this path. I didn’t go looking for it, it found me during my Healing Touch (energy healing) studies. Numbers, patterns, and insights spoke to me in a way that felt deeply true. It helps you understand yourself on a deeper level, why certain patterns show up in your life, and how to move through them with awareness. It also brings insight into why others show up in your life as they do. 

Healing, coaching, and numerology are different doorways into the same thing: helping you awaken, heal, and rise. I know what it’s like to be stuck. I know what rock bottom feels like.  I also know what it’s like to reclaim your power. And that’s the work I’m here to walk with you through.
