From Rock Bottom to Reclaimed Power
After walking through my own traumas and rock bottoms, I know what it’s like to have a body and nervous system carrying too much. I come from a line of fourth-generation intuitive healers, but my path was not handed to me. It was shaped by different traumas and the slow work of learning how to feel safe in my own skin again. Now I bring that lived experience into how I show up with my clients as a human first and a healer second.

Energy healing works with your energy field and nervous system to support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. It helps release stuck patterns, calm the body, and create space for healing when talking, meds, or mindset work haven’t been enough. It support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Body Story Healing: Intuitive Energy Healing + Integration Coaching
For adults and children carrying more than their bodies were built to hold.
This isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about lasting change. I blend intuitive energy healing with practical Integration coaching so your mind, body, and spirit are actually working together. Sessions are done in-person or remotely while you or your child simply rest. You get written session reports, clear next steps, and ongoing support so you are not trying to figure it all out on your own.
Grounded, energetic work and real-life support for chronic symptoms, anxiety, trauma, and everything your body has been holding.
